| Making A Purchase Making a worktop purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Or you can call us and we will give you a quotation.
Bespoke Worktop Supply & Installation: A 30% deposit is required to secure order, with the balance payable before delivery (allow 7 days if paying by cheque to allow funds clearance). Any cancellations after templating will incur a £250.00 cancellation fee Supply Only: Full balance is required to secure order, payable before delivery (allow 7 days if paying by cheque to allow funds clearance). Warranties (Customer service will inform you of each materials warranty) All our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty which is detailed with the product and is a minimum of 12 months. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Faulty Goods Should you notice a fault with your goods, please notify us immediately via email or in writing. In the case of bespoke worktops, we ask all customers to inspect their worktops once they have been installed and only sign the acceptance form if satisfied. We cannot be held liable for any damage once the acceptance form has been signed. |
| Shipping And Handling Once you have placed your order we will fully confirm the timeframe surrounding your delivery period. This will differ depending on which product you've purchased and stock availability surrounding the chosen product. We will always keep you informed of such issues. The price of delivery will depend on the product ordered and will be made clear to you prior to you accepting the purchase. All deliveries bar those with a template/installation procedure will be kerb side service and will require help upon receipt to offload. Please understand that the timeframes we supply you with for our products (bespoke particularly) are guidelines. We will make sure that everything within our power is done to keep within these timeframes but should the unlikely event occur whereby we exceed the given parameters we will not be held responsible for any extra cost you incur during waiting times for a product. Please remember that distribution can only operate within the laws of the country and stoppages and accidents on our motorways may hold up your delivery making the situation completely outside any persons control and consequently any persons responsibility. No financial compensation will ever be offered or owed in a situation where delivery of a product is either late or damaged on arrival. This also relates to the fabrication and distribution of stock products. In order to avoid these situations we strongly suggest that you purchase the products you require some time before work commences on site. This way you will have a contingency time period whereby the lateness of a product doesn't affect the labour cost on site. When you receive the product you must be available to check the product and make sure it is both acceptable and the product you ordered. If upon receipt of the product it is damaged please immediately inform both the delivery driver and our office staff and write on the delivery receipt that the product is damaged. Any info regarding the damage would also be very helpful. We can not stress the importance of being available and checking the products when you receive them. If you sign the delivery note received in perfect condition you will have very little chance of receiving a replacement/refund if the products are broken upon further inspection. If you leave the responsibility to somebody else to receive them you need to stress the importance of making absolutely sure that what you have ordered is what you receive in perfect condition and that they don't sign the delivery acceptance without being sure of this. If the products are either incorrect or damaged we will replace/collect the specific products in as speedy a timeframe as possible. We certainly don't want to hold you up on site or cause needless added pressure and will do all within our abilities to keep the situation calm. Delivery is included for all mainland UK orders (including Northern Scotland and other British Islands), please contact us if you require shipping to other countries. |
